"Cityscapes" is about culture. Culture in this context to mean "How do humans process the nature". But this processing is dialectical. Nature also processing "man". Modern glass towers and past pyramids are the same story. We focus on these, their splendor and forget in the same now that they are collective events, much more than individual performances.

Today we distinguish typically between "high” culture and "popular" culture. The "high" cocoon itself in the big cities decadent corners and are considered more important than the "popular", which does not belong in the big city but in the province or local community, it is not important seen by the notifier's eyes. It is an obvious paradox. Because the popular culture is the foundation, representing the collective potential of the refined culture that we encounter it in the prestigious galleries and museums around the world and metropolises. My cityscapes are thus a kind of organic cities that both grow out of the ground and return to this, it matures and grows at the same time, to show solidarity with this culture.
